Heat treatment is done in normalizing / annealing furnace and forging are ultrasonically tested thereafter. Testing Comprises of chemical analysis, physical testing, ultrasonic testing wherever required. The company is equipped with facilities for tooth wet chemical analysis as well as spectrometer analysis, ultrasonic testing machine, die penetrate testing, universal testing machine, die penetrate testing, universal testing machine, magnetic particle tester, Brinnel hardness tester and various measuring equipment's for necessary controls of quality in all respects.
